Disney will release its fiscal 2026 third-quarter financial report after the market closes on August 5
The company announced on Tuesday that it will officially release its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026 (ending June 27) after the U.S. stock market closes on the afternoon of August 5, 2026 (Wednesday). The financial results and management comments will be made public through the investor relations section of Disney's official website at approximately 4:00 p.m. (US Eastern Time) that day. Subsequently, Disney CEO Robert Iger, Chief Financial Officer Hugh Johnston, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer Kevin Lansbury and other senior executives will hold a live webcast conference call at 5:00 pm to discuss this quarter's results and answer analysts' questions. Investors can listen to the live broadcast through the investor relations section of Disney’s official website (www.disney.com/investors), and the audio replay will be available until August 19, 2026. The market generally expects this quarter's results to reflect the performance of its theme park business, streaming services and content sales. Approximately one hour before the start of the live broadcast, relevant press releases and financial supplementary materials will be released on the official website.
