Goldman Sachs launches three-part Euro bond issuance, previously issuing USD bonds to raise US$10 billion.

The group launched a three-part eurobond issuance on Wednesday. A day earlier, the company released results and issued $10 billion in bonds in the United States. Goldman Sachs hopes to raise at least 1.5 billion euros ($1.7 billion) in the benchmark-sized deal, according to a person familiar with the matter.

People familiar with the matter requested anonymity because the information is not public. The issuance is divided into three tranches, including a floating-rate bond with first redemption in three years, a fixed-rate bond with first redemption in also three years, and a longer fixed-rate bond with first redemption in seven years.

Goldman Sachs has previously completed two bond issuances, ranking first among the bond issuance transactions of financial institutions this year. The company raised 7 billion euros in a four-part eurobond issuance in February, making it the largest bond issuance transaction in the region's financial industry in 2026, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.

In January, Goldman Sachs issued a record $16 billion in bonds, the largest Goldman Sachs launched a three-part bond issuance in the United States on Tuesday, attracting about $32 billion in subscriptions at peak demand.
