Qualcomm announces fiscal 2026 third quarter financial report release date
The company announced on Wednesday that it will release financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2026 after the stock market closes on July 29. The financial report will be published on the company's investor relations website and submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Form 8-K. Qualcomm will hold a conference call to discuss third-quarter results at 1:45 p.m. Pacific time that day. The conference call will be webcast live on the Company's Investor Events website, with an audio replay available for 30 days after the conference. This financial report release has attracted much market attention. In the second fiscal quarter ended March 29, Qualcomm achieved revenue of US$10.599 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 3%; net profit was US$7.37 billion, a year-on-year increase of 162%. Although the mobile phone chip business was affected by rising memory chip prices and supply constraints, with revenue falling 13% year-on-year to US$6.024 billion, the automotive chip business performed strongly, with revenue reaching US$1.326 billion, a year-on-year increase of 38%, setting a new quarterly high. For the third fiscal quarter, Qualcomm previously expected a revenue range of US$9.2 billion to US$10 billion, and automotive business revenue is expected to increase by approximately 50% year-on-year.
