Russia's agricultural exports will exceed US$20 billion in the first half of 2026
Ilya Ilyukhin, head of the Russian Federation Agricultural Export Center, said that in the first half of 2026, Russia’s agricultural exports increased by 26% year-on-year, with the scale exceeding US$20 billion. Ilyukhin said: "Russian agricultural exports have maintained a rapid growth trend this year. In the first half of the year, exports increased by 26% year-on-year, with a total amount exceeding US$20 billion." He also announced the export growth of sub-categories: grain and legume exports increased by 43%, oil and fat products increased by 22%, fish and seafood products increased by 28%, dairy exports increased by 20%, candy and snack products increased by 13%, and deeply processed food exports increased by 15% year-on-year.
