ASML plans to issue one-time bonus of 20,000 euros to employees as strong demand for AI drives performance growth.

Europe's most valuable company said in an emailed statement on Friday that it will grant stock awards to global employees on January 1, 2027, provided that employees continue to serve throughout the vesting period, and the awards will be completed in early 2030.

In May this year, it also promised to increase the profit sharing received by employees by more than 30% on average this year. ASML raised its full-year sales forecast for the second time this year on Wednesday and announced that it will expand production capacity to meet the growth in demand driven by AI.

The company, headquartered in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, is the only manufacturer in the world that can produce advanced photolithography machines, which are indispensable and key equipment for manufacturing advanced semiconductors.
