Honeywell Technologies Completes Acquisition of Johnson Matthey Catalyst Technologies Business

The acquisition further strengthens Honeywell Technologies' portfolio of businesses in refining, petrochemicals and renewable fuels. The enhanced product portfolio demonstrates Honeywell Technologies' commitment to providing innovative, integrated solutions to help the industrial value chain achieve operational excellence, improve quality and efficiency, and optimize performance. Since 2023, Honeywell Technology has completed approximately US$11.5 billion in value-added and synergistic acquisitions, including Compressor Controls Corporation, Carrier’s global security business, Air Products’ liquefied natural gas (LNG) business, Sundyne and Li-ion Tamer.
