Intel and Fortinet announce collaboration to develop next-generation security processors
Intel and cybersecurity company Fortinet announced on July 21 the expansion of their long-term cooperation. The two parties will jointly develop Fortinet Security Processor 6 (SP6), combining Fortinet's dedicated security processor design capabilities with Intel's semiconductor design, advanced packaging and manufacturing technology to improve network security product performance and supply chain resilience.
