Goldman Sachs Group Inc and JPMorgan Chase & Co have launched new products that would allow investors to quickly cut or increase exposure to tech sector debt as concerns grow over large future debt issuances by hyperscalers to fund investments in artificial intelligence (AI). The products include baskets of bonds from multiple issuers including CoreWeave Inc. and Applied Digital Corp., allowing investors to trade a basket of bonds or related total return swaps. These bond baskets allow hedge funds and other investors to quickly manage sector-specific risk in their portfolios, or express short and bullish views, and complete transactions in one go at an agreed-upon price.
