American technology company Mobix Labs, Inc. Announced that it has signed a final agreement to acquire Vision Aerial, Inc., a local U.S. drone manufacturer. . Total consideration for the acquisition is approximately $15 million, which will be paid in a combination of cash and Mobix Labs common stock, and the transaction is expected to close this quarter. This acquisition means that the company has advanced its previous letter of intent to the final agreement stage, and is a key step for Mobix Labs to implement its acquisition-driven development strategy. Vision Aerial was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Montana.
