The initial pricing guideline is a premium of approximately 2.875 percentage points over the 10-year U.S. Treasury bond. The funds raised from the offering will be used to build a data center campus in El Paso, Texas, which is expected to provide up to 1 gigawatt of computing power for artificial intelligence workloads.
