Renewable natural gas producer OPAL Fuels announces second quarter earnings release date and conference call schedule
Renewable natural gas producer OPAL Fuels Inc. It was announced today that its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30 will be released before the market opens on Monday, August 10, 2026. The company will then hold a conference call at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time that day to discuss the performance results. OPAL Fuels is a leader in the production, marketing and distribution of renewable natural gas and compressed natural gas for the heavy-duty trucking industry. The company's previously released first-quarter financial report showed that due to the lower RIN price environment and the additional RNG sales base brought about by regulatory reforms in the same period last year, the adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was US$16.7 million, a year-on-year decrease. Nonetheless, management said it was still on track to meet its full-year guidance. OPAL Fuels has been actively expanding its business recently. The company announced in June that it is partnering with GFL Environmental to build two new RNG facilities in Alabama and Georgia. It is expected to add an annual RNG supply capacity of approximately 15 million gallons of gasoline equivalent and provide fuel for approximately 800 heavy-duty trucks. The company completed US$180 million in preferred stock financing in March 2026 and signed a US$100 million 45Z production tax credit monetization agreement to support subsequent growth investments.
