Clearview Capital is selling Advantage Behavioral Health, a chain of mental health centers and residential addiction recovery homes, to nonprofit QCF/I, Inc. in a deal financed with municipal bonds.

The buyer will use approximately $610 million of the proceeds from the unrated municipal bond issuance to acquire ABH's network of facilities, with Clearview and ABH's founders and executives receiving approximately $415 million.

The deal is QCF's fourth and largest acquisition, and ABH's current management is expected to continue operating the business, with remaining proceeds from the bond issuance used for reserves and transaction costs.
