European stocks end mixed, with most major indexes posting weekly and July gains
Germany's DAX 30 index rose 0.07% to close at 25,629.24. It gained 2.11% for the week and 2.53% in July. France's CAC 40 index advanced 0.28% to 8,509.64. It rose 1.64% for the week and 1.26% in July. Italy's FTSE MIB index gained 0.13% to 52,172.53, up 0.71% for the week and 0.95% for July. The FTSE Italy All-Share Banks Index rose 0.21% to 39,722.11, gaining 1.20% for the week and 6.04% in July. The U.K.'s FTSE 100 index fell 0.27% to 10,868.05 but gained 1.23% for the week and 3.53% in July. The FTSE 250 rose 4.18% in July, while the FTSE 350 gained 3.60%.
