U.S. stock futures rise in early Friday Asia-Pacific trading; Apple falls more than 6.5% after call
Nasdaq futures rose more than 0.5% in early Friday trading in Asia-Pacific, while S&P 500 and Dow Jones futures gained more than 0.1%. Apple fell more than 6.5% in U.S. after-hours trading after the company’s conference call ended. Microsoft declined 0.7%. TSMC, AMD, Seagate Technology, Intel, Western Digital and SanDisk gained between 1.34% and 5.07%. Amazon, which released an earnings report, rose 9.3%.
