Xiehe New Energy’s U.S. Subsidiary Signs Three Long-Term PPAs With Tesla
Xiehe New Energy said in a Hong Kong filing that its wholly owned U.S. subsidiary had signed three long-term power purchase agreements with Tesla for solar projects in the United States. The agreements cover three solar projects with a combined capacity of about 469 megawatts on an alternating-current basis. Once all three projects are fully operational, the company will supply Tesla with about 1,200 gigawatt-hours of electricity annually in the United States. The first project is expected to begin supplying power in the first half of 2027.
