Bernstein concluded after an on-site visit to Boeing’s Puget Sound 737 MAX manufacturing facilities in Renton and Seattle that current 737 MAX production is 47 aircraft per month, in line with the company’s previous guidance. Production could increase to 52 aircraft per month in the first half of 2027 and ultimately reach 63 aircraft per month. Flight testing of the 737-10 has been completed, and it is expected to be the highest-margin MAX variant.
